A coaching session is your time, to explore things that matter to you and look for solutions  to difficulties. My specialism is work/life balance coaching, but of course personal matters can need some attention. In our first session we will agree which issues you wish to explore and over what sort of period.   If this changes during your coaching, we can revise the contract between us.  My approach is dynamic and time-limited.  We will focus on the present and look forward, in contrast to counselling which may dwell on past difficulties. Sometimes the process is challenging, but it is always respectful. It is refreshing to discover your own hidden resources and to be stimulated to find new solutions.
